He’s still the hardest working man in show business – his calendar stays full. On Sunday night, Warren Haynes and his band – bassist Kevin Scott, drummer Terence Higgins and keyboardist Matt Slocum – performed to a captivated audience at Birmingham’s Iron City. In addition to solo material, Haynes pulled from his catalog of projects that include Gov’t Mule, Allman Brothers Band and Phil Lesh & Friends. Highlights of the two-set evening included “Sco-Mule,” “Man In Motion,” “Patchwork Quilt,” ” Soulshine” and a cover of Steely Dan’s “Pretzel Logic.”
