In an uncompromising recording career that spans 14 years, Shooter Jennings has been fighting the good fight to keep outlaw country music and Southern rock alive. Reuniting with producer Dave Cobb (Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson), the singer/songwriter recorded the album in Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A on Music Row. On Thursday, January 24, Jennings will perform at Huntsville’s Sidetracks Music Hall. Them Dirty Roses and Andrew Pope will open the 7 p.m. show.
In addition to his recording career, Jennings has pursued acting as well as hosting Shooter Jennings’ Electric Rodeo on Sirius XM’s Outlaw Country channel. He co-produced Brandi Carlile’s album By The Way, I Forgive You, currently nominated for six Grammy Awards including Album Of The Year.
