Nickel Creek performed at Birmingham’s Avondale Brewing Company on Monday night and took the enthusiastic crowd on a 24-song ride. The trio – Sara Watkins, Sean Watkins and Chris Thile –  is currently touring in support of its latest release, Celebrants [Repair Records/Thirty Tigers].
